I work with NetSuite, Dynamics 365 and SQL Server data. I map large ERP and fleet databases so reports can use them.
Leadership and training
I lead the data and AI work for a shipping group. I also write hands-on courses that teach staff security and AI.

Hospital management gets 60+ live pages on finance, receivables, pharmacy and department results. Each page is checked to the cent against Power BI before it ships.

The sales app reports car-maker contracts and one-off bookings. Its CRM screens update the sales team's Excel files and refresh Power BI.

Browser agents turn ERP exports into the finance team's receivables pack. Each upload must match the export's own totals before the app accepts it.

Finance Report
The report tracks profit and loss, budget variance, cash flow and receivables aging. Managers see each KPI by department and period.
Sales Report
The report tracks the deal pipeline, win rates and each rep's quota. It forecasts revenue by region and product line.
Inventory Report
The report monitors stock levels and raises reorder alerts. It shows slow-moving items and stock turnover by warehouse.
Operations Report
The report tracks equipment effectiveness (OEE), uptime and quality pass rates. It breaks downtime down by cause and by shift.
Production Report
The report follows each production order on a Gantt-style schedule. It compares batch output with target and shows machine use by line.
Marketing Report
The report tracks campaign funnels, conversion and channel attribution. It shows return on ad spend and acquisition cost by channel.
Freight Report
The report tracks a RoRo fleet, port dwell time and transit times. It also shows voyage profit and cargo manifests.
Hospital Operations Report
The report shows bed occupancy by department, length of stay and ER wait times. It also tracks surgery scheduling and pharmacy stock.

Document Processing Flow
